The Quick-Fix is a secondary weapon for the Medic. It is a prototype Medi Gun with a group of three gauges on one side, a (cosmetic) ÜberCharge gauge on the other side, and what appears to be a blender for a body. The main gun is coupled with a medicinal reactor backpack with glowing portions that replaces Medic’s default backpack.
The Vaccinator is a community-created secondary weapon for the Medic. It roughly resembles a heavily-modified, more futuristic team-colored Medi Gun, with a team-colored, glowing liquid-filled beaker attached to the lower middle section, a small monitor left of the main body and additional cables and valves. It also changes the stock Medi Gun backpack to a small Canteen-like device.
The Scottish Resistance is an unlockable secondary weapon for the Demoman. Similar in appearance to the Stickybomb Launcher, it features warning colors on the magazine and a sensor camera wired to a portable battery taped onto the barrel. The Mann Co. logo is present on the sensor, albeit partially covered in duct tape. Additionally, the stickybombs fired are of a heavier-looking variety with larger, blunted spikes.
The Pistol is the default secondary weapon for the Scout and Engineer. It is a stylized semi-automatic pistol with a hair trigger that fires bullets from a magazine.
The Winger is a community-created secondary weapon for the Scout. It is a grey-blue pistol with an inset radiation trefoil on its grip and a small pair of stylized yellow wings emblazoned on the slide over the magazine.
The Concheror is a community-created promotional secondary weapon for the Soldier. It is a hatasashimono mounted on a light brown wooden box with dark brown corners and a quad diamond shaped kamon and accompanied by a jinkai. The sashimono itself – which is a white vertical banner flag with the same diamond shaped kamon secured onto a pair of bamboo sticks – remains hidden in the box until it is activated, at which point it will appear at the side of the box. The weapon itself has an team-colored tint: orangeish-brown for RED, and light blue-tinted brown on BLU.

The Kritzkrieg is an unlockable secondary weapon for the Medic. Similar in appearance to both the Medi Gun and Quick-Fix, it sports an additional fixture to the barrel with two glowing yellow lights on each side. The Kritzkrieg’s beam has small yellow particles flowing into the recipient.

The Pretty Boy’s Pocket Pistol is a community-created secondary weapon for the Scout. It is a stylized, small, black pistol with a short barrel and light-colored wooden grips.
The Battalion’s Backup is a community-created secondary weapon for the Soldier. It is a military backpack-mounted radio transceiver, featuring a folded map secured by two brown straps, along with an attached black magnetic compass. Accompanying it is a bronze-colored bugle with a pewter mouthpiece, and a tattered yellow triangular banner, patched up and reattached in the middle, that is displayed when the buff is active.
