The Nostromo Napalmer is a community-created promotional primary weapon for the Pyro. It is based on the custom flamethrower used on Nostromo in Alien and Alien: Isolation. The four lighters at the front of the weapon glow in the dark.

The Axtinguisher is an unlockable melee weapon for the Pyro. It is a crudely constructed fire axe consisting of a slightly rusted axe-head, stained with blood and wrapped in barbed wire, affixed to a curved wooden handle with a fabric grip and a splintered end.

The Crossing Guard is a community-created melee weapon for all classes with the exception of the Engineer and the Spy. It is a slightly weathered railroad crossing sign with glowing team-colored lights. It appears to have been uprooted violently from its base, as a pair of wires are seen sticking out of the bottom end.

The Special Eyes are a community-created multi-class cosmetic item for the Pyro and Engineer. It replaces the lenses of the Engineer’s default goggles and the lenses of the Pyro’s gas mask with a pair of team-colored, glowing ones. It also adds top and bottom metal covers to each lens, making them resemble squinted eyes. The covers can rotate, open and close in order to match the Engineer’s expression.

Earbuds are a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. They are a stylized version of the white earbuds that normally come with various handheld Apple products. They are connected to the class via loose cords. When worn, white musical notes are intermittently seen playing from them. The musical notes have no associated sound effect.
