It is a black, rectangular rocket launcher with rounded edges, sporting two dark grey fastening bands near the front end and case coverings hanging open at both ends of the weapon. The rear case covering swings while the weapon is in use.

The frame of the sign sits at a slightly crooked angle, with several bloodstains and a variety of old nails studding its surface. A worn sheet of paper bearing an image of the Team Fortress 2 logo is nailed to the front of the sign. This logo can be replaced with another image via the Decal Tool.
