The Huntsman’s Essentials are a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a leather quiver with a tan trim that replaces the Sniper’s rifle case on his back. Unlike the rifle case, it will carry arrows regardless of whether the Huntsman or Fortified Compound is equipped or not.
